Intercruises Head Office in Barcelona successfully passed its audit (conducted by independent auditor, Lloyd’s Register) to maintain its ISO 9001 (Quality Management) & 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) certificates (for the third year in a row). These audits are designed to ensure Intercruises continually improves its business procedures, environmental practices and maintains its status as a forward thinking industry leader. Each of Intercruises’ Head Office departments were reviewed during this audit, including Health & Safety, Worldwide Operations Support, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, IT, Strategy, Finance, Credit Control and Projects Management.

ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System

ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System 

The ISO 14000:2004  standard addresses various aspects of environmental management. It provides practical tools for companies and organizations looking to identify and control their environmental impact and constantly improve their environmental performance.
