Intercruises’ “Passenger Services” operation in Palma de Mallorca has obtained the IS0 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification after it was reviewed by Lloyd’s Register, an independent ISO auditor.

The ISO 9001 is awarded to services that benefit from high quality management principles, such as strong customer focus, motivated top management, sound process methodology and continual improvement audit procedures.
