Intercruises’ Asian teams came together for a workshop in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) last week to outline objectives for the upcoming cruise season and review lessons learnt from last year. Also in attendance were a number of Intercruises Head Office team members, including Olga Piqueras, Intercruises’ new Managing Director!

In addition to discussing the 2015/2016 season, Intercruises’ members took part in a number of team building activities, including:

Barn Yard Icebreaker – Players were assigned a certain animal, before being blindfolded and told to find the rest of their “pack/flock” using only animal noises – a sight to behold!

HCMC Treasure Hunt:  Teams dashed across HCMC on foot following clues to try and find the hidden treasure

A Visit to the Ky Quang Orphanage:  The team visited Ky Quang Charity Centre, an orphanage for almost 700 children. While there, Intercruises employees sang with the children and took part in a food shopping challenge.

Local Arts & MasterChef Dinner – The Intercruises team learned about traditional Vietnamese calligraphy and dance, before trying their hand at cooking local dishes under the guidance of a Masterchef.
