Sri Lanka – ISO 9001:2008 – Endorsed by SGS sgs

Aitken Spence Travels (pvt) Ltd, the legal entity of Intercruises Sri Lanka, has successfully completed it’s ISO 9001:2008, ensuring the continued enhancement of their products and services and is the only DMC company to have been awarded the ISO 9001 accreditation in Sri Lanka

 

2017 Update:  Intercruises Sri Lanka has now also been assessed and approved by The Sri Lanka Standard Institution in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 / SLS ISO 14001:2015. ISO 14001 addresses various aspects of environmental management, with practical tools to help organizations identify and control and improve their environmental impact and performance. The Certificate will be valid until 13th March 2018 and covers the “Provision of Destination Management Services, Inbound and Outbound Tourism activities including support services”

Intercruises India team (trading as Le Passage to India Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd). has successfully completed the ISO  9001:2015 certification, making them one of the first Destination Management Companies in India to receive this certification.


Mauritius – ISO 9001:2008 – Endorsed by AJA Registrars aja

The Intercruises Mauritius team (trading as SummerTimes) secured its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems accreditation in dealing with transfers and local tours; demonstrating their commitment to excellence.


South Africa – ISO 9001:2008 – Endorsed by SABS sabs
